We hope you are happy with your purchase at Mezzola Boutique Jewellery; if you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at returns@mezzola.co.uk,
We will then e mail a returns form to you, please complete and include this in your returns policy.
All purchases at Mezzola Jewellery Boutique are covered by our 14 day unconditional money back guarantee(less delivery charge and with the exception of pierced earrings due to hygiene reasons) as long as the item to be returned is in its original packaging together with tags attached.
Any voucher discounts will also be deducted
We have the right to refuse a refund for any item received after 14 days.

Faulty Item

In the extreme case you receive a damaged or faulty item you must notify Mezzola Boutique Jewellery at returns@mezzola.co.uk within 3 days of receipt of your item.
A fault form will be e mailed to you ,please remember to include this when returning your faulty item, once we receive the goods back ,we will refund your card, subject to satisfactory inspection of the faulty item.

Wrong Item

In the rare case that you receive a damaged or faulty item you must notify Mezzola Boutique Jewellery at returns@mezzola.co.uk within 3 days of receipt of the item.

Discount Codes & Vouchers

If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow order value and appropriate discount level.

We recommend that you return items via Registered mail and obtain a free ‘Certificate of Posting’
We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.
Please note that return postage will not be refunded unless the item is faulty.
