All purchases at Mezzola Jewellery Boutique are covered by our 14 day unconditional money back guarantee(less delivery charge and with the exception of pierced earrings due to hygiene reasons) as long as the item to be returned is in its original packaging together with tags attached.

A fault form will be e mailed to you ,please remember to include this when returning your faulty item, once we receive the goods back ,we will refund your card, subject to satisfactory inspection of the faulty item.
